Guy brings more than 25 years of telecommunications experience in the industry to his role as Vice President Carrier Relations Procurement. His wide range of accountabilities include supporting carrier services purchasing requirements in Canada and internationally as well as the managing and planning of overall related off-net third party costs. His team negotiates Carrier Sourcing contracts and handle vendor management functions for BCE. Managing Global voice trading team and related financials is also part of Guy’s overall scope of accountabilities.
Before becoming Vice President of Carrier Relations, Guy held several strategic positions within Bell, including roles in network optimization, network costs management and finance COGS management. During his time at Bell, he has successfully led a number of cost containment, business integration and optimization initiatives.
Guy also held senior positions in other telecommunications companies prior to joining Bell, including roles in network operations planning, engineering process development, facility and engineering management, network surveillance and carrier services.
