Her expertise spans commercial strategy, operational turnarounds, and hands-on execution, with a proven history of building high-performing teams to accelerate results. At Bell Wholesale, she leads the Go-To-Market, Marketing, and Transformation functions and is responsible for evolving the business unit into a primary growth engine for the future.
Prior to her current role, Dinara held several leadership positions in Bell Canada’s strategic business transformation group. In this capacity, she delivered significant operational improvements and helped design the organizational and channel strategies for the B2B division. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she served clients in the telecommunications and financial services sectors.
Dinara holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
